The woman. Rivas is a bilingual and bicultural, licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years experience in the nonprofit sector. She has worked in variety of settings, such as working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people with substance abuse problems and survivors of sexual assault, as well as partners who were victimized.
