Maureen FitzSimons's achievements as a child performer in America (which we call Maureen O'Hara today) would be a sure signification for her to the child-prodigy category. It was an innate quality for a woman who was of Irish heritage, who was surrounded in the beginning by gifted family members and parents. Maureen arrived in this nurturing haven, August 17, 1920. Her family was the family of her parents. Marguerita LIlburn FitzSimons, her mom. She was a skilled contralto. Charles FitzSimons owned the Shamrock Rovers soccer club in Ireland. He also owned a Dublin business. Maureen FitzSimons was the child of Charles FitzSimons. Peggy, Florrie Charles B. Fitzsimons Margot Fitzsimons made up this beautiful family. Maureen was a fan of rough sports as a kid and was very adept in them. Additionally her talent, she also had a knack to act. As evidenced by winning pretty much every Feis award for drama and theatrical performing her country offered. When she was in her 14th year she joined at the Abbey Theater to follow her goal of studying the classical theater and operatic singing.
